A record donation was achieved at the last Vienna Medical Doctors' Ball on January 27, 2024. Thanks to the charitable nature of the ball, according to which all proceeds go to charitable institutions, a total of 97,750 euro was handed over to “StoP - Neighborhoods without Partner Violence” - a project of the Autonomous Austrian Women's Shelters, AÖF - with the help of sponsors and donations from ball guests.

The Vienna Medical Doctors' Ball, which has a firm place in the cultural calendar of the Austrian capital, always takes place on the last Saturday in January at the Vienna Hofburg and will be celebrated for the 73rd time in 2025. The traditional ball, which will take place next year on January 25, 2025, is a firm institution of the Viennese ball season and is known for its traditional charity character. Every year, the entire net proceeds of the Vienna Medical Doctors' Ball go to a selected charitable initiative.
